The
MPS Advantage Construction loan only requires the builder’s presence at
the closing (before construction commences). The builder is not
required to attend the modification (when the loan automatically
converts to a final mortgage). MPS feels that the builder needs to
working on his/her next project rather than attending meetings for
projects finishing up. Thus, the builder’s presence is only required in
order to begin the process. |
