Portfolio Services, one of the “services” that is indicated by our name
is that of credit development. This means that we are exceptionally
skilled at understanding how the credit reporting process works. This
enables us to assist the client in developing their credit report to
maximize their access to mortgage product offerings.
Credit
development can include correcting erroneous credit data, paying off or
paying down strategic debts, acquiring releases, raising scores and
restructuring debt. In many cases, we have been able to offer our
clients far better mortgage options than our competitors simply because
