Portfolio Services, we recognize that the mortgage is just one piece of
the client’s overall financial strategy. Investments, savings, cash
flow, debt, insurance, credit, tax deductions, retirement savings, etc.
all play a part in the client’s overall financial picture.
Since mortgage
qualification includes the recording of all of a client’s assets,
liabilities and real estate interests, we are in an excellent position
to see the “whole picture”. While MPS is careful not to advise in areas
in which we are not experts, we are trained to identify those financial
areas that might benefit from analysis by a qualified professional. By
taking the time to identify these areas for the client we can not only
provide superior mortgage services, but can also assist the client in
looking at other areas of their financial portfolio that could use some
work. |
