| At Mortgage
Portfolio Services, we have a large staff of trained, courteous and
precise mortgage loan processors who are located on-site. While many
mortgage companies use non-staff, contract processors who work from
their homes, MPS employs and continuously trains mortgage loan
processors who are available to meet with clients and whose work can be
constantly monitored. Contract
processors at MPS are used only for file overflow when there are so
many clients in the firm in one month that our quality of service might
be impacted. In these cases, files will be moved off site. MPS,
however, has only one contract processor in reserve, because we have
only found one contract processor who processes loans at an acceptable
level of professionalism, precision, and with the appropriate knowledge
of mortgaging. |
